OrganoBit BioIntelligence

OrganoBit BioIntelligence

OrganoBit is a TechBio company building intelligence infrastructure for the emerging organoid economy, pioneering AI-native organoid informatics, in silico methods, and world models for precision medicine and model-informed therapeutics development.

Its flagship platform, Protocol Foundry™, delivers evidence-backed organoid protocols for discovery, design, and optimization, which can help researchers reduce the 30–60% budget waste caused by sub-optimal protocols and cut time-to-screen by 4 to 6 weeks. Protocol Foundry is powered by OrganoidOS™, a modular analytics and informatics engine that forms the infrastructure layer across all OrganoBit products.

OrganoBit is also developing OrganoSim™, an advanced organoid simulation platform that enables researchers to model, predict, and optimize organoid behavior computationally before physical implementation, giving organoids their own dedicated simulation engine, much like chemistry, proteins, and cells have theirs.

The company is built on a clear thesis: reportedly up to 90% of precision medicine pipelines fail clinical translation because human relevance is not included by design from day one. With regulatory momentum behind New Approach Methods accelerating through 2025 to 2030, organoids are positioned to capture 25 to 35% of preclinical and early clinical testing by 2035.

OrganoBit is headquartered in Singapore, with presence in the United States and Hong Kong.
