Syazana brings over 8 years of experience in biomedical research, healthcare strategy, and the public sector. Prior to joining co11ab, Syazana was with A*STAR’s Biomedical Research Council, where she developed national R&D strategies in precision medicine and digital health, and the Singapore Economic Development Board, where she partnered global life sciences companies to anchor strategic innovative activities in Singapore.

As Programme Manager at co11ab, Syazana draws on her expertise in stakeholder management and strategic planning to co-develop and execute programmes that accelerate the growth of co11ab’s startup members. She also works closely with industry leaders, investors, and government agencies to enhance incubation, investment readiness, and market access initiatives, strengthening co11ab as a go-to-innovation and soft-landing hub for biomedtech startups.
